Direction of use:

Adjust the flat side of the cup on the acu-point. Press slightly with your forefinger for 20 -30 seconds then carefully release pressure without shifting the cup from its positioning. Cups maybe fitted on a acu-points below nose only by plastic bandages. After applied the cup activates the acupuncture point during 2-10 minutes.

The cups are good for use 1 year after first use. If cups become dirty - rinse with cold water and soap, rinse again with cold water and dry thoroughly.
